Serving Sarasota and the barrier islands, A2PT brings concierge physical therapy directly to you — so you can stay active in the life you love, for as long as you want to live it.
Nearly three decades treating everything from pro athletes to active adults across Sarasota.
Every session is with Frank no rotating staff, no rushed visits.
Mobile, concierge physical therapy delivered wherever you live, train, or play.
Frank has been practicing physical therapy in the Sarasota and Bradenton area since 1995 — nearly 30 years dedicated to one simple belief: getting older should never mean giving up the life you love.
His path here wasn't typical. After graduate school, Frank worked with Ajax, a professional soccer club in the Netherlands, before moving to the Bollettieri Tennis Academy (now IMG Academy), where he treated a wide range of professional athletes.
Frank went on to build his own private practice from the ground up, growing it from a single clinic to three locations over ten years before selling the business. Along the way, he earned an advanced certification as a Manual Therapist from the University of St. Augustine, completed advanced training in dizziness and balance rehabilitation, and became a teacher of TMJ certification courses for other clinicians.
But something kept bothering him: insurance is designed to cover basic medical necessity — enough to get you moving again, technically. It was never built to get you back to walking the Camino de Santiago, confidently navigating a cruise ship, holding your own in a round robin of pickleball, or touring Italy on foot for two weeks straight.
So he made a deliberate choice to step away from the insurance-driven model entirely and build something different: A2PT — a concierge physical therapy practice built on one philosophy: Insurance gets you moving again. We get you back to living.
As Frank has gotten older himself, staying active and healthy has become personal — not just his profession, but his own mission: to move without fear, without limitation, for as long as possible.

Physical therapy is often talked about as a science — and it is. But for Frank, it's just as much an art.
No two bodies move the same way, so no two treatment plans should look the same either. Frank builds every plan around what your body is actually doing — not a generic protocol, not a one-size-fits-all exercise sheet, but care built specifically for you
That starts with his hands. Frank practices orthopedic manual therapy, which means his hands are trained to feel what a joint's movement should feel like — the natural give, the glide, the resistance that healthy tissue and healthy joints produce. When that movement isn't there, Frank can feel it immediately, often before a patient can fully describe where or why something feels off. When it's the right approach, he restores it by hand — through mobilization and manipulation, guided by what that specific joint needs rather than a standard protocol
This is one of the skills that can't be rushed. It's part innate — some clinicians simply develop a feel for the body that others don't — and part earned, sharpened over 30-plus years of hands-on practice and ongoing advanced training. The result is a style that's both precise and intuitive at once.
Patients often notice it without being able to fully explain it — a sense, within the first few minutes of a session, that Frank already understands their body better than they do. That confidence isn't accidental. It's the product of three decades spent listening to what joints and tissue have to say.
"Everyday life takes capability. The things you love require even more. That's real longevity — and it takes the right expert, and expertise, to guide the way."
